I’m a huge fan of Oprah Winfrey! She’s an inspirational human being and someone we could all learn a little from. Her home in Maui was one of my inspirations for visiting the beautiful island on my last vacation. I came across these images of her humble home there and thought you might enjoy a small glimpse inside.

I thought this was a great example of how a white bed doesn’t have to be boring. The bedding is all white with simple black embroidery, but by adding a colourful throw and doing bold pink walls this room is screaming with colour and personality! My favorite part of all is when/or if you do tire of the colors you selected, it’s easy and affordable to just change your wall colour and add some new accessories to your bed.

I’m not sure who’s bedding this is, but I thought these images were so exquisite I just had to share them. There’s a certain charm to a room that feels this lived in and comfortable.
